Then — mainnet ceremony

Mainnet activation follows exit criteria: operational excellence, security posture, genesis aligned to the blueprint, and a community that already knows how to run and use Quelle because testnet forced the practice. Until that bar is cleared, mainnet genesis remains prepared and inactive — by design.

Our order of emphasis does not drift: Quelle is the AI-native Layer-1. Alexandria-1 is our engine. Everything else supports that claim.
