White Paper
This White Paper presents Quelle as a brand and as a network: an AI-native Layer-1 with a proprietary intelligence engine, Alexandria-1, and a product surface built for real users.
Chapter 1 — Vision
Quelle exists to make identity, contribution, and intelligence share one continuous substrate. We are a sovereign Layer-1. We are an intelligence brand through Alexandria-1. We are a product company through the Super App. Those statements are not aspirations we whisper — they are the architecture we ship against.
Our public season prioritizes a powerful MVP testnet. Mainnet genesis is already designed as the official blueprint. Activation is a ceremony of readiness, not a substitute for network strength.
Chapter 2 — The market failure we solve
Digital life splits into three markets that refuse to share memory. Value settles in one stack. Reputation lives in another. Intelligence answers from a third. “AI + crypto” often solves the screenshot problem and leaves the life problem untouched: a chat panel beside a balance, still narrated by someone else’s engine.
Quelle rebuilds the stack from the center. Settlement is ours. Identity is ours. Intelligence is ours to develop under the Alexandria-1 brand. That is how you build a network people remember.
Chapter 3 — System architecture
Quelle operates across four interlocking planes:
- Chain plane — QueChain settlement, consensus, contracts, QUE economics
- Identity plane — QID as the address-native handle
- Reputation plane — PoWd and contribution quality
- Intelligence plane — Alexandria-1, delivered through QAI in the Super App
Platform services accelerate product experience. They never replace the Layer-1 as the brand’s center of gravity. When the app is quiet, the chain still defines the network. When the chain is strong, the brand is strong.
Chapter 4 — QID
QID is blockchain identity done without apology. The quelle1… address is the user. Metadata can
decorate the experience; it does not replace the cryptographic handle. Authentication is signature-first.
Sessions are convenience. QID is permanence inside the Quelle ecosystem.
Chapter 5 — PoWd
Proof of Words asserts that language is leverage. On a network that owns its intelligence engine, volume of empty text is not a virtue. PoWd measures and elevates contribution that teaches, clarifies, and expands shared knowledge. Alexandria-1 strengthens evaluation. Governance of abuse remains a human-operable responsibility. Recognition on testnet flows through QUT — never by corrupting QUE’s role as gas and stake.
Chapter 6 — Alexandria-1
Alexandria-1 is the proprietary intelligence engine of Quelle. The name exists so markets, partners, and users can speak precisely. We do not narrate our mind as a rented feature. We narrate capability: conversation quality, QID-aware continuity, knowledge grounded in Quelle’s world, and evaluation support for PoWd.

Chapter 7 — Blockchain layer
Quelle is a sovereign Layer-1. Operators and builders need endpoints, denoms, and implementation detail — that material lives on the Blockchain page. In the White Paper, the requirement is clear: a modular chain with staking, fees, governance hooks, and smart contracts, with a stable address format and a public peerable network. The toolkit that implements those requirements is an engineering choice. The brand on stage is Quelle.
Chapter 8 — Economy
QUE is the native coin of the network. QUT is the Genesis Testnet reward unit. We keep that split sharp because markets punish confusion. Security budgets and engagement recognition are not the same instrument. Detail: Economy.
Chapter 9 — Governance and treasury
Durable networks govern parameters and direct ecosystem resources through transparent structures. Quelle includes governance and treasury as protocol concerns. Testnet parameters accelerate learning so operators and the community practice real coordination before mainnet ceremony.
Chapter 10 — Security
Users create and store keys locally. Recovery phrases are not a backend field. Services verify signatures over challenges and user-approved transactions. Anyone requesting a seed in the name of Quelle is an attacker. That rule is permanent.
Chapter 11 — Roadmap and success
Success looks like a network investors can diligence: uptime, clear public endpoints, a Super App people use, validators who know how to peer, docs that match reality, and Alexandria-1 progress measured in product quality. See Roadmap.
